TRAINING SEMINAR IN JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Uzstroymateriali"

August 17, 2012 the Center for Anti-Counterfeiting conducted a training workshop in AK "Uzstroymateriali" on "Features law enforcement practice in identifying facts of unfair competition" aimed at raising awareness of counterfeit goods among government organizations

Attendees were warned about the importance of timely patenting and the harm may be caused counterfeit products to manufacturer. Seminar-training is interactive, as producers were interested in protecting its goods, and in this regard, they had a lot of questions.

The industry of building materials is one of the sectors most exposed to counterfeiting. In Uzbekistan, there have been cases of counterfeit products "KNAUF" not only in Tashkent, but also in other cities of the country. In view of this fact, the staff of the Centre against counterfeiting, it was decided to organize a seminar for representatives of construction companies.
