Counterfeit in Nukus

July 20, 2012 representatives of the Center for anti-counterfeiting examined the city of Nukus to collect data on violation of intellectual property rights - the use of the popular trademark, "Korzinka".

Center found that the in Nukus on the street. H. Rezhepova operates a store under the name "KORZINKA", owned by private enterprise "Aidan Aigerim."

Warning letter was sent to the head of PE "Aidan Aigerim" to stop the illegal use of the verbal element "KORZINKA" for its commercial enterprise.

As a result of activities and explanatory work by Center, infringement of intellectual property rights from the state of emergency "Aidan Aigerim" was terminated.
