About the Center

Central office for anti-counterfeiting  (hereinafter - the Center) is a specialized division dealing with enforcement and practical protection of intellectual property - trademarks, copyrights, , industrial designs, computer programs, utility models, inventions, etc.

The staff of the Centre are specialists in law, patent and copyright experts involved on unfair competition.

The center has its representatives in the regions of Uzbekistan, which provide the monitoring of the rights of our clients-the owners of intellectual property at the regional level.

The expert conclusions of the Centre about the presence (or absence) of counterfeit signs are recognized at the level of judicial examination, signed by authorized persons (patent attorneys, lawyers, appraisers, auditors, etc.) and a legal basis for the admission of goods and services to commercial traffic.
